At Rat Betty, we want you to love your rebellious new jewelry, so we offer a 14-day window for returns or exchanges on all non-custom pieces. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the jewelry in its original Rat Betty box and include a note with your name and authorization number.
Ship It Back
Send your package using a tracked shipping service to our studio address; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Processing & Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
